Nursery Business Plan Review Service
Before you send your plan to a lender, investor, landlord or funding body, get a clear outside view of what works, what is missing and what needs to become more realistic.
Is your business plan ready to be taken seriously?
When you have written the plan yourself, it is easy to read what you intended rather than what is actually on the page. An independent review can expose gaps, unclear assumptions and contradictions before somebody else finds them.
You are preparing to seek funding
Check whether the plan explains the nursery, market, operating model and financial assumptions clearly enough for an external reader to follow.
You have finished a draft but feel unsure
Get an objective view of the strongest areas, the information that is missing and the sections that need further work.
Your numbers and narrative need to agree
Identify where occupancy, staffing, fees, costs, marketing or growth assumptions need a clearer explanation or more realistic support.
What I look for in your business plan
A nursery business plan needs more than polished wording. The concept, market, staffing, operations and figures should tell one believable story.
Concept and positioning
Your nursery vision, age groups, services, opening model, values and what will make the setting meaningfully different.
Market and local demand
How well the plan explains the local need, target families, competition, fees and evidence behind the opportunity.
Premises and capacity
Whether the property assumptions, proposed capacity, age-group use and opening plans connect sensibly with the wider model.
Staffing and operations
Management responsibilities, staffing structure, recruitment plans, ratios and how staffing costs change as occupancy grows.
Marketing and enrolment
How parents will discover, trust and choose the nursery and whether the expected growth is supported by a practical strategy.
Financial assumptions
Start-up figures, fees, income, wages, direct costs, overheads, occupancy and the explanations behind key changes in the forecast.
Structure and consistency
Repetition, missing sections, contradictions and whether important information appears in the right place and is easy to follow.
External readability
Whether an unfamiliar lender, investor, landlord or adviser could understand the opportunity, risks and funding need.
The depth of feedback depends on the review type selected and the information included in your document. A review can identify issues and assumptions, but it cannot independently verify every figure or external claim.
Already have a completed draft?
Select its length and the level of review you need on the booking page.
Standard or Detailed Review
Both options give you nursery-specific feedback. The Detailed Review goes further into the model, marketing, presentation and wording.
Standard Review
Best when you want an experienced outside view of your current plan and clear guidance on what to improve yourself.
Detailed Review
Best when the plan needs a deeper challenge and a more professional finish before it is shared externally.

Frequently asked questions
Does my business plan need to be completely finished?
It should be developed enough for meaningful feedback. A review can still identify gaps in an unfinished plan, but it is not a plan-writing service. If large sections are blank, it may be better to complete a fuller draft before booking.
Which review should I choose?
Choose Standard if you mainly want comments, an overview and clear actions so you can improve the document yourself. Choose Detailed if you also want deeper scrutiny of the operating and marketing model plus proofreading, formatting and presentation support.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the plan’s length and the review type. On the booking page, choose 1–4, 5–9, 10–14 or 15+ pages, then Standard or Detailed, to display the exact price.
How do I send my business plan?
After ordering, follow the submission instructions to send your document and any relevant context. Word or PDF formats can be reviewed. Please make sure the plan opens correctly and includes all the pages you want assessed.
How long will the review take?
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 days. An express option with an estimated 1–3 day turnaround is available. The timescale begins once the complete document and any required information have been received.
Will you correct or rewrite my financial forecast?
I can comment on the assumptions, consistency and issues visible in the figures supplied. The service does not create your cash flow from scratch and is not a substitute for professional accounting or financial advice.
Does the review include a consultation?
A 30-minute or one-hour video consultation may be selected as an optional add-on. This gives you time to discuss the feedback, your thinking and the next improvements you plan to make.
Will the review help me secure funding?
It can help you present a clearer, more realistic and more coherent business plan, but no review can guarantee approval. Lenders, investors, grant providers and landlords apply their own criteria and make independent decisions.
