Calls can be with or without video and you won’t need to download any special programmes. I can accommodate different time zones, and the call is designed to feel relaxed, useful and practical.

You can submit your questions in advance through the booking form or by email. This helps me prepare and gives you a better consultation.
During the call
We can go through your questions, discuss your plans, look at your next steps and focus on what will help you most.

If you are not comfortable making calls, please let me know and I may be able to arrange written answers by email instead.

Want regular consultation and advice?
One phone or video call sometimes is not enough. You may want regular support as you set up your nursery, especially when decisions keep coming up and you want someone to help you stay on track.
This can be useful if you are looking at a building, planning your launch, trying to market your nursery, preparing for Ofsted or simply feeling overwhelmed.
You can book regular consultation sessions of five, ten or twenty hours at a discounted price. These can be used within the year of booking and sessions last up to one hour.
Useful if you want occasional support while making important decisions.
Better if you want more regular guidance as you move through the setup process.
Best if you want ongoing support and accountability over a longer period.

How does it work?
Once you’ve selected a consultation time, I’ll send you a link for the call. It is helpful to let me know if there are any specific topics you want to cover. You can either send your questions through the booking form, by email, or we can go through them on the call.
How much does it cost?
Click book now to find out the latest price for both the 30-minute and 1-hour consultations. Members of both the home nursery course and the full nursery course can save 10% off the consultation price. Ultimate members can save up to 20% off the consultation price.
Where will the call take place?
I have a virtual meeting room and will provide a link once the call is booked. You won’t need to download anything to access the room.
How do I submit questions in advance?
By clicking book now, you will be taken to the booking screen where there is a section to submit any questions.
Do I need to submit questions?
No. Some questions are difficult to write down and you may simply want to talk through your ideas. Submitting questions in advance is helpful, but it is not required.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your consultation for free as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, you would only be entitled to a 50% refund. You can reschedule the meeting up to two times for free, though if the meeting is later cancelled, you would only be entitled to the 50% refund.
Can multiple people join the meeting?
Unfortunately, I can only accommodate one device to access the meeting. Others can join if they are using the same device.
